Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel or return it.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the issue to help process your claim.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
